The two teens arrested on suspicion of murdering an 87-year-old woman are facing first-degree charges

Dustin Alfaro, 18, and an unnamed 17-year-old accomplice, the two teens you may remember for being arrested on suspicion of the murder of 87-year-old Arlyne Koehler in Pocatello, Idaho are being charged with first-degree murder.

Reports from the Idaho State Journal state that Koehler’s neighbors were informed that the 87-year-old had been stabbed to death, and that she fought back, injuring her attacker before she died. “The attacker left a blood trail”, said the neighbors.

Pocatello police say the 87-year-old’s body was found Tuesday, almost 680 miles away from where Alfaro and his unnamed accomplice were arrested.
